Product Quality & Complaints

We guarantee that our gifts are delivered fresh and in excellent condition. If you are dissatisfied with the product quality, or receive a damaged or faulty item, please notify us within 24 hours of delivery.

Complaints submitted after 24 hours for perishable items (e.g., cakes, sweets, flowers, fruits) cannot be accepted, and such items are non-returnable and non-refundable.

Complaint Review Process

Once we receive your complaint, our team will review it within 5 working days. During this time, we will keep you updated on the status of your case. For support, you may also email us at ahsan_1551@icloud.com.

Valid Complaints

If your complaint is found to be valid, LovedCart will:

  • Offer a replacement, or
  • Issue a full refund, depending on the situation and product category.

Failed Deliveries or Delivery Attempts

Delivery Delays

While we aim to deliver on the requested date, unforeseen circumstances such as vehicle issues or weather conditions may occasionally cause delays. In such cases, the delivery will be made on the next working day, and delivery charges will be refunded in full.

Missed Deliveries

If no one is available at the delivery address, and no alternative instructions have been provided, we will attempt delivery again on the next working day. Please note that in this case, no refund will be provided.
